Character sheets so far:
Name: Sadiq
Sphere: Djinn and Service.
Primary form: Mundane household object(s). May also take on the form of a humanoid-shaped robe adorned with masks and long tassels.
Associated Symbol: A bundle of sticks in a chalice on a table
Description/Background:
The Prince of Corruption had waited a decade-and-a-half for Sadiq to finish his commission. He had counted the days and hours, just imagining the Yogwin's shrieks as his cattle were slaughtered and their pens brought to ruin. It would be glorious.
"Ah friend, it is good you came. As you can see, I've put together that design of yours...well to be more exact, my little brothers did...Now, let's put it on, yes?"
The Prince had always been perplexed by the God of Service; he had killed three of the deity's allies in war, slaughtering their worshipers to the man and yet the pile of robes still spoke to him as a brother, still offering him servants and crafts.
"A marvelous design; four rows of twenty guns on each augmented by arcano-spirits and crewed by experienced Ogori sailors. Cousin Yogwin will have a good laugh when you ravage his holy city, yes?"
Ah yes, Sadiq had a tendency to consider everyone a relative. Yogwin, the God of Humour, was a close friend of Sadiq; his betrayal would have impressed the Prince had it been anyone else. Sadiq was simply...Sadiq. He did not care for loyalty or friendship save those in the present or memory. One could not rely on Sadiq for any permanent alliance. That said, he was always the first to offer his help in any sort of project, including those of the Prince."
"Brother Prince? Bunny? You heard me yes?"
The Prince, prideful as ever, pretended that he did. It was probably nothing of importance. To be truthful, the Prince cared more for the fact that Sadiq had just called him by his true name. Were it anyone else, the Prince would have had his head.
"Anyway, do enjoy your cruise. Now, I must attend to my little sisters. Say hi to Yogwin for me, yes?"
Name: Yena
Sphere: Growth, in the sense of grassroots movements, snowball effects, and small ideas resulting in world-shaking changes. Inspiration.
Appearance: Takes many forms, all of them subtle but recognizable for their aura of potential. Public Appearances Form is generally a flower growing from a floating seed, in such a form as to convey a similar body type as the worshippers to whom Yena is appearing. The seed will always appear at the heart of the form.
Symbol: An open seed, unfurling into a blooming flower.
Name: Zenurion
Sphere: Mad science/wizardry and Villainy
Appearance: A jet black, red eyed demon with two black horns. He has sharp red teeth and a tail. Another notable feature is a complete absence of nose. Usually wearing a labcoat, but sometime seen wearing a military uniform or a bio-hazard/radiation suit.
Description:
Deep within the confines of one of his many secret laboratories, the devil in a labcoat is usually found overseeing and participating in various highly lethal and unethical experiments with his minions, creating all sorts of deadly contraptions and murderous abominations. There is noting Zenurion enjoy more than seeing his creations bring pain and suffering to the world, withering and destruction. Despite this, he is rarely the instigator of a conflict, usually preferring to fuel existing ones and selling his creations to the highest bidder.
Symbol: A pentagram with a downward-pointing arrow in the middle
Name:Bohenar
Spheres: Magic and Fire
Apearance: A seven handed humanoid figure of dark blue fog filled with stars rising from a vortex of fire.
Description: An ascended genie of flames, Bohenar desires to forge a world of magic, greater that the one he hails from. Although ascention left only the barest shadows of memories, Bohenar aspires to greatness, and believes magic to be the superior force.
Symbol: Heptagram with corners marked in red, blue, brown, teal, black, white, and purple.
Name: Morthan
Spheres: Suffering and Decay
Apearance: A man clad in shiny, black armor. He wields a scythe with two immense, parallel blades. These blades are attached to a skull in the middle. This skull constantly changes shape, resembling the skull of the last sapient creature that died (So basically this, but with bigger blades, a longer handle and a shapeshifting skull in the middle. Morthan's face resembles the face of a human, but has decayed enough to see the outlines of his skull under his skin. His skin is as white as snow and a tiny web of blood-red veins is visible.
Description: An undead human, born from the void and granted godly powers. He exists to let every single mortal suffer, and thrives of the rot of corpses. Even though his objectives are dark and bloody, Morthan is an amicable individual, who is loyal to his friends and forgives his enemies easily. But if someone manages to anger him to the point he can not forgive them anymore, he will relentlessly purge them and everything they love.
Symbol: A skull, split in two vertically. One of the halves is black, whilst the other is white.
Name: Itia
Spheres: Space and Planets
Apearance: A thousand planets orbiting a green sun.
Description: Itia looked to the skys and saw them empty and devoid of life. She has decided to fix that.
Symbol: A silver/gold orb.
Name: Don Giovanni
Sphere: Criminal Organizations
Primary form/associated symbol: His body is humanoid, with the black-and-white coloration as if he had walked out of an old movie. He is wearing an old greyish suit, with an old fedora, between which is a faceless shadow roughly the shape of a head. He is liable to change his outfits based on his mood. Symbol is a rough outline of a finger-gun, always humanoid, representing his own fingers.
Description/Background: Gangsters, revolutionaries, outlaws, pirates, pirates who don't do anything...He rules over his followers as if they where his own Organization, protecting them while steering them in the right direction in return for his cut. He is not sadistic or destructive, reducing collateral damage to each side as low as he can get it, out of pragmatism if nothing else. He is fine with Criminal Organizations that do nothing criminal, the fact that they are technically Criminal Organizations is enough for him. Oddly enough, his end goal is to make everything illegal. He expects these laws not to be enforced, but by simply being in place they technically make everything "Criminal"...
Name: Zhģn Réng Jiāng
Sphere: Civilization, Control, Efficiency(maybe? only if more than two domains allowed; sorta meant to fall under control)
Primary form/associated symbol: Strangely, for a god, Zhģn seems to prefer to spend most of his time partially corporeal, in the mortal world, directing his followers and communicating with them manually, in person. To this effect, he often takes the form of a giant multi-faced system of machinery, stored inside a large tower or building so that he can speak separately to the largest number of individuals at once when necessary. As he is in multiple places at the same time, usually, there is no single form he takes. He may find it to be more conducive to appear as a large tree or totem to more primitive peoples, or to inhabit the bodies of shamans or monks at intervals with more spiritual folk. His symbol, though, across all people, of all cultures, so that any one follower of the Divine Emperor may know any other, is that of two concentric circles, the smaller half the size of the larger, a thin wedge or tapering line going from the bottom of the larger circle to the top of the smaller one, and five inward facing triangles, using the outer circle as their base, across the top, taking up approximately a 120 arc in total, with their tips just touching the edge of the inner circle.
Description: The Heavenly King takes the appearance of whatever is needed to best speak to his subjects, though to divine eyes he appears to be a humanoid figure of strange mechanisms with a simple, unadorned circlet or crown, and a smooth, mostly featureless outer shell concealing the majority of the workings within. Only the eyes, brightly aglow with blue sparks, give expression to the blank face.
Background: [Error; Records Confiscated]
Name:Qytesis Xyweus Talios
Sphere: Oaths, Death
Primary form/associated symbol: A skeleton adorned with fine silks and jewlery
Description/Background: Death is only the beginning.
Name: Veles (Vell-ez)
Sphere: Theft and Trickery
Primary form: Appears as a fox-like humanoid, ginger-haired with white streaks. Slightly tanned skin, pointed nose and has a very wide grin when moved to smile. His eyes appear to shift between colours, betraying his godly origins. Also known to shape-shift, however, to aid in his machinations.
Associated symbols: The silhouette of a fox
Description/background: Veles is a trickster. Derives great enjoyment in tricking and deceiving, whether his target is mortal or otherwise. He works hard to string out a deception for as long as possible, though generally stops short of completely ruining someone. It is only for his own amusement, after all.
Veles also enjoys the performing arts, both as a participant and as a watcher, considering it a grand test of trickery; a master performer can make an entire room of people believe they are someone else, move them to tears or great laughter through words and song. It can also serve as a grand distraction...
Veles loves to steal things from people. If you have something he wants, he won't quit until it is in his possession. He is always wants to test his skills as a thief, desiring the perfect theft every time.
Technically does not have a gender/sex as he is a shape-shifter ((will be referred to as he because I'm male, and can't be buggered remembering I don't have a gender-dependent pronoun)) and he uses this ability to further his trickster goals.
Name: Mörkö
Sphere: Perception, Fear
Primary form: A creeping darkness that seems to snuff out light sources for the time of its presence. (Yes, including the sun. Emphasis: 'seems to') When speaking, a glowing blue set of eyes and very sharp teeth appears exactly where you didn't expect it to be. Were the darkness not there, however, many would agree that Mörkö is the cutest thing ever, fluffy and with just the right amount of beastliness.
Associated symbol: His symbol is a comedy drama mask with sharp canines visible made from any material that blends in with its surroundings around where it is placed, i.e. on an amulet it would be skin-colored, on a marble temple made from marble, and so on. However, it should never be place on the front of the building, worshiper or whatever, but behind it. On the back of one's neck, above the back door of the temple... the point is, Mörkö is always RIGHT BEHIND YOU.
Description/Background: Things are not always as they seem, and even if they are, they can be scary in the correct lighting. Why do you think some people are afraid of clowns? Mörkö, however, is exactly what it seems to be...until the lights turn back on. It only wants to make friends, but for some reason mortals tend to run away screaming from it, eventually building huge temples to appease this creepy thing. Mörkö would still prefer friends, but worshippers are the next best thing. So it makes sure it has lots and lots of worshippers by doing what it does best.
Name: Quelor
Sphere: Time and Metal
Appearance: A vaguely humanoid mass of silver spikes, wearing a somehow undamaged hooded grey robe.
Symbol: A silver sundial.
Description/Background: Quelor considers no one other than himself competent enough to be trusted with the ability to meddle with causality, especially not mortals. He also seeks to aid the progress of metallurgy.
Name: Arkford
Spheres: Resonance and Engineering.
Primary Appearance: A metallic sphere, with a red, a green and a blue perpendicular to each other.
Associated Symbol: A circular sine wave.
Name: Meow
Spheres: Emotions and Chaos.
Primary form/associated symbol: A malevolently smiling cat. Sometimes it smiles from many places at once. The symbol is usually variations on said cat. More often then not there are at least five mouths on the cat.
Description/Background: The origins of 'Meow' are shrouded by time and space. They could have simply formed quite mad, they could simply be a young eldritch monstrosity fresh out of the eggsack equivalent who happened across the newly forming bubble of reality before fully gaining awareness. Or, they could actually be telling the truth and be an ascended stuffed animal from another reality. Regardless of what it is, Meow is a very strange deity. To some, Meow is flat out terrifying. To others, Meow is adorable. And to deities. Meow is probably confusing.
ADDIT: TheBiggerFish: You mean use the oversized one and let gods fill in stuff, cross out stuff, or edit stuff? (This is part of the system; I'm not sure if I mentioned it before, but it may have been on some local document)
