Why does everyone always forget about the peaceful self-regulating Void Cults that Azem allows to exist in his domain?

Or the ones that Serac's followers have? That are nice, and call Serac's angels to peacefully deal with the evil/violent cultists?

If you want to play a goddess of death and dust instead, I'm sure we could make some arrangement.

Serac is fine... Maybe I could play two gods?
(I am fine as Serac, just don't expect very many new creations. Plus I don't want to start a new character from scratch...)

A fossil fuel requires fossils. Fossils require millions of years of dead things. You could just create a new element use one of the currently made elements already present in the universe that gods know about but mortal scientists don't.

There are coal mines.

The simple answer is that it's there because we put it in there originally, generating a fake backstory of the world and then making it real when we first created it, to avoid breaking causality.

The obvious, answer, though, are magical coal-worms that excrete coal and eat naughty children.

Within this Tick, hopefully. I've just gone and come back from the gym and it's given me a lot of time to think about what I'm going to do with the god. I'm actually really excited! Demons (non-sapient angels), animal spirits, FNVs, and a Dark Is Not Evil/Good is Not Nice character....I really can't wait! But please don't kill me as soon as I start playing, ok? I haven't been able to do jack for more than a week due to my constant deaths and I don't want to make a whole new character after putting so much work into this one.
