It's possible, but we have two factions who are fighting each other to the death and a few watchers/lurkers (lowercase) fueling its continuation for their inscrutable goals. Also, both of them are itching for an open fight, if I interpreted their posts correctly.

Frowned upon and illegal because of bestiality, but there are other ways to create demigods. There's also no such thing as an unholy animal. Holiness and unholiness is on a case-by-case basis for each god's sphere.
