I would keep it a secret, but it's hard to enforce a Dead Men Tell No Tales rule.

Also, we now have two gods killed during or just before Council punishment? This is a dangerous precedent!

Wait, so I could conceivably also tell a player how to revive me and it would be allowed?

EDIT: Shouldn't the revival method I'm talking be classified as general knowledge?

Yes, but whether the player will invest the fairly high cost is a different matter. It's always possible to just pass on and start as a new god (of a sufficiently different sphere), but you've invested quite a lot of thought into your creations.

It probably is. It's under the dead gods section on the IC OP.

Well considering that Yaos and Joha were good friends (s/he even willed her!), I saved Cim's life, and I can't pay Azem back his 5 Essence if I'm dead, I think I'll be fine.

@Darruth: Yaos wasn't looking to keep any of the stuff from the battle. He officially relinquished all claims on them - including the Essence.

Does this method of revival rely on a corpse? Because it looks like Serac and Darruth are about to dispose of it.

Yes. The corpse is still there and the gods can't get to it. Luckily, you don't need to be able to reach a god's corpse to give it Essence. Basically, a god needs to be given 15 Essence to come back to life. I suggest getting Joha and Cim on board to help out, or since you're overflowing with Essence you could do it yourself.

And Darruth was already pissed Fusil died.

Speaking of whcih, if there's a method to revive gods, which presumably gets cheaper with assistance(though sadly Fusil's corpse is gone, it seems), I'll have to change my vote about using the essence of dead gods.

Darruth's pissed about all the death happening randomly/secretly, really; it's the principle of the thing.
