Azem and his angels have joined the fight. His angels work to manipulate the manifestation to increase its greed, probably hoping to bribe the thing with fairy shinies to disappear.

Fusil and his angels have started blasting the manifestation with barreled weapons propelling metal projectiles with explosions. The manifestation disappears and reappears with similar weapons.

Idea: we could force the manifestation back into the void. I don't know how good of an idea it is nor how difficult it would be to do so, but it's an idea.

Hmm, yeah, a pocket dimension might be easier than the void. Not to mention safer.
Also, since you seem to know so much about the void beings from the library, do you have any info that would be useful?

I did. My angel's orders were to help weaken the thing and drain some of its essence for my personal study. I got annoyed after realizing that it wasn't really as weakened as I thought, so I joined the fight personally.
