Vaal siphons all the power he can from Lette's corpse. The most effective method is used, regardless of if it's siphoning, fusing, or eating. He then fuses with Telialas and Zephemural, becoming one with the swords and their Yaos-custom spirits.

Next, he activates the Orbs of Ambition, hopefully becoming to an archangel what a magical girl is to a Human.

((I wonder if I'll become a witch. Probably not, since that's not what the Orbs do, but it's an interesting though.))

(While I'm waiting for the GM's approval of Vaaliel's power, I'll do some more things.)

The Emperor's Fire Sword is retrieved and brought to Vaal. It shall be his fourth weapon. Its soul will be modified to be Vaal-aligned, destroying its loyalties to other gods. If that can't happen, the soul is destroyed.

Minos transforms into his final form and fuses with Tory to gain the Jumper ability.

Lee is told to help manage the Empire with the help of the Controller Angels.

EDIT: Did I mention Vaal fuses with the Orbs as well as activate and use them? Because he does....... MOAR POWAH!
