"Yep!"

Lilly leaned against Tomik.

Harlan rolled his eyes, grinning.

Hell, it's about time.

Senija's grin widened and she actually clapped a little in delight.
:"Yay! Oh, see, I knew she'd say yes, Tomik! This is the best thing ever! Oooh, that means you're gonna be my sister-in-law when you guys get married, huh Lilly?"

Jacob sighed as too many people started telling him their own version of the facts.

: Alright, alright! First I want to hear what Laura has to say, then I'll listen to everyone else. You don't seem like a criminal though, priest.

: Congratulations! Oh, so that's why you wanted to wait, right? Harold says the last part looking at Senija.

Albert paused, taking in Ketsuki's praise. Pausing and looking down at his tome, he looked back to Ketsuki and nodded.
"I really can't say I approve, but. I trust you.. If you feel the need to be on the edge during battle.. I won't get in the way of that." He sighed.
"You've proven yourself to be dependable in the time we've traveled together, and I know you're no fool.. And, well.. Yeah." Albert scratched the back of his head. "... I trust you."
Ketsuki smiled at the saint.
"Thank you, my dear friend. I trust you, too. Should I ever fall, no doubt you will be there to pick me up once more."

"Well..."

Tomik turned back and helped Lilly down, wrapping his arm around his shoulders as he did.

"She said yes!  We're engaged!!"
"My congratulations, then. I imagine you will not need to look far to find a priest willing to conduct the ceremony."

Senija's grin turns a little pleased-with-herself, closer to her frequent smirk, as she leans in and talks in a low voice to her brother.
:"Well, you see, I'm going to be taking a certain Harold Coronas on a wyvern ride, seeing as how he asked me out, but I didn't want to muddle your proposal up by heading up 'til you came back."

Tomik crossed his arms, doing his best to control the smirk that was trying to make its way onto his face.

"He did, did he? Well now. I may have to have a talk with him about this then."

He gave Harold a stern look over Senija's shoulder.

"Go right ahead, Tomik. I already gave Senija the standard "if you hurt him I'll come after you" speech."

"Oh, please. Senija's older than you so if she wants to do the same stuff with Harold that we do I say she should have the chance."

"Also to sum up what Tomik wants to say: you break Senija's heart and you'll have both of us after you."

: You know, I don't really want a war between families, or any more embarassment due to either brother making fun of me, but hey, I wouldn't be an adventurer extraordinaire if I didn't take risks. Harold took a deep breath before speaking again. It will be fine.

Tomik had started to say something else when Lilly interrupted. Turning bright red, he stared at her and then at Senija, and then back at Lilly.

"LILLY come on. I... can't even just let me tease him a bit and... come on she's my sister I don't want to be thinking about that and ugh come on..."

Harold saw Tomik go red, then stared at infinity for exactly 1.73 seconds before he himself went red. He considered pulling out the book again, but he just crossed his arms and put his hand on his face.

Senija hadn't really got it at first, but then Tomik chimed in, and after a second of thought she smacked her palm to her face and blushed just as redly as her twin.
:"Lillyyyy! First date! First date!"

"It's only inappropriate for a first date if you decide you don't want to at the end of it."

Lilly seemed to be enjoying the reaction, although something seemed to occur to her.

"Did... did we have our first date yet, Tomik? I mean I know I've ridden on Modra with you, but does that count?"
