Albert sighed, and looked up at the sky.
  "Well.. At the church I lived in, we were tested when we were around.. 16. Nothing strenuous, it was just testing who could make a singular spark of light in a staff. I managed it along with a couple others. We had additional lessons, firstly just improving our 'magic' muscle, before we learnt how to actually apply our magic." And with that, albert tapped his healing staff, making the jewel sparkle gently.
  "It took me a while to get comfortable using staves. As you may know, being untrained with staves can cause.. Effects when you mess around with them. Thankfully there were older priests around to protect us from the worst of it, and as time goes on we learnt how to use staves, along with studying light magic, and that took a while to learn."

The reminder that Kyle had not been crushed under the building like the rest of them triggered something in Tomik's brain, and he took a few steps closer to Kyle.

"To the other side of the Waygate presumably. But Kyle. I've left the fact that you abandoned the group when there were some of use on the ground dying to the side until now. But I swear. If you ever do anything like that again, I'll show you why I'm the one of us wyvern twins that you should be fearing."

He glared at the pirate for a few seconds, before turning back to Asher.

"Right then. Lets try and find Ketsuki, unless you'd rather rest before trying this?"

[GiglameshDespair]

"Yes, I... learned that."
She looked away, frowning slightly at the memory of the Staff Incident.
"What was it like, at the church?"

[F.O.E.]

"I'm ready now. Let us go."

[Ochita]

  "Quiet... A place where it wasn't hard to find a solitary spot to meditate or read. I miss that, slightly." Albert sighed and closed his eyes.
  "Maybe once this is over, I'll find somewhere secluded like that again.. Or maybe not. As scary and as wild as this world is, it holds so many nice things..."

"I can relate. My Master's house was very secluded. It was always easy to find an quiet spot for meditation. Perhaps I will return there, once this is over."

[Ochita]

  "Hmm..." Albert thought for a moment. "It might be a lot to ask, but could I join you if you do go there?"
  "D-don't want you getting too lonely.. Ah, hm.." Albert trailed off, looking at the ground. "It just seems like that house would hold a lot of memories for you.."

Tomik nodded and headed off to look for Ketsuki with Asher.

"It... it would be a large house for just one person. " She coughed, slightly bashful. "I would be pleased if you would accompany me there."

Tomik nodded and headed off to look for Ketsuki with Asher.

She looked up as they approached.

"...Greetings."

Asher cut straight to the point.

"Harlan found a gem for weapon infusion and I'm capable of using to enchant one of our groups' weapons. Would you like me to infuse it with your master's sword?"

[GiglameshDespair]

"And what would that do to it?"

[F.O.E.]

"Well, it will make it stronger than it was before. That's all I can assure you of, to be honest; soul gem infusion isn't exactly something I've had the necessory resources to do before."

[GiglameshDespair]

Ketsuki hesitated for a moment, before she held out the Killer Edge. Her previous words echoed in her head: one cannot afford to hold back.

"...very well, but if you damage it, you will regret it."
