Harlan considered it for a moment, then shrugged. "I didn't have any plans. What about you, Catherine?"

"I don't either." Catherine said, with a shrug. "You asked me to do something the other day. We could go with that if you want."

[GiglameshDespair]

"Yes, thank you."
She inclined her head curiously when she saw he was holding a book.
"What where you reading there? It seems... well read."

[Sirus]

Harlan blinked in astonishment. He had figured that the mage just hadn't been interested.

"Well, alright. There must be something in this town we could do. Hey Harold, go take a walk. Buy some clothes for Senija or something."

[Solymr]

: Wait, did you ask her out and she said yes just now? Alright, alright, I'll leave, but I'm gonna make fun of you later.

Harold then left the two of them alone while he went elsewhere.

[Ochita]

  "O, oh. This. Yeah, it was just a small book I found while we were in Kizamo, from a uh, used bookstore."
Albert replied, inaudibly gulping as he placed the book down on the table, hand slipping some, revealing part of the title as "-usty sword shining in moonlight" before Albert realized, sweating bullets, hand shifting to cover that up.

[GiglameshDespair]

Albert had the least convincing poker face she'd ever seen. She successfully fought back any trace of a smile, putting on a mildly curious expression.
"Oh? I don't recognise the title. What is the plot?" she said innocently.

[Ochita]

Albert forced himself to be straightfaced, looking at Ketsuki's curious expression with a stony stoic stare.
  "W...Well.. Its.. About a proud swordswoman mercenary, and her latest job has her escorting people through treatcherous lands. Yes.. T-thats at least as far as I've got."
Albert said, slipping his finger out from at least beyond halfway through the book.

[GiglameshDespair]

"A swordswoman mercenary. Interesting. What did you say the name of the book was? Perhaps I will read it as well."

[Ochita]

Albert froze.
  "i. uh. i...its not a good book you shouldnt read it" Jumbled out from his mouth, redness taking over his face.  "and uh its just you know uh the uhhh 'Rusty sword shining in moonlight' uh yuup."

[GiglameshDespair]

"Oh? You seemed to be quite into it." She inclined her head slightly, seemingly in concern, and stepped slightly closer. "Are you well? You seem to be a bit red in the face."

[Ochita]

  "Nnnnnnononononoo. No im fine. M-maybe I'm catching something... Maybe I should be given some space...." Albert blurted out, hands white as they pressed the book into the table.

[GiglameshDespair]

"Hold still." She reached out a hand to press against his forehead. "Hmm. You do not have a temperature."

As soon as Albert lifted his hands to remove hers from his forehead, she would swipe the book, and open it to a random page.

[Ochita]

And Albert fell for it, moving a hand from the book and leaving it open as he tried to brush her hand away from his head, looking away from her in the process, lips drawn tight, eyes cast downwards.

With a swift motion, the book was in her hands and open.
"Let me have a look." She raised her eyebrows as she scanned the page. "Oh my."
