And then he drops them.

Albert yelled as he counter-killed the mage attacking him, hand only trembling slightly as put his tome back onto his belt. Getting better at dealing with that... He thought as he rushed towards Senija, healing her wounds as he stared down the General, one hand on his tome, the other still healing Senija.
  "Y-You saw what we can do, what I can do. So, run away, towards family or whatever, b-before you die for nothing!" He shouted.

Senija pulled herself off of the ground again, bleeding and more than a little bit exasperated.
:"Thanks, Harold, thanks Albert. Getting frustrated. Gonna gut someone if this keeps up."

Helping to pull Senija up, Albert hesitated for a moment, then nodded.
  "If this guy decides to be an idiot, then I'm not gonna slow you down or stop you. I think we've almost won though, half of the enemy is down or flying away..." Albert muttered, looking over at the retreating flying figures.

This got a smirk from Senija, though she ended up dropping it -- that first bare graze of an arrow from the archer was pretty much a miss for all it counted in combat, but it wasn't very comfortable to smirk with.
:"Heheh... that's cause we're awesome. We chew up entire armies and spit 'em out! Bet Ixion really regrets choosing to lock us up now, huh Albert?""

Albert's face froze, before he gave a small chuckle. He decided to not mention that he was locked up for a legitimate reason, since that'd just ruin what Senjia had just said.
  "I think they've got a lot more to regret than just locking us up, huh? Serves them right, for making all the other nations have a reason to take them down."
  "With everyone we've met helping us, I'm sure we'll stop Ixion's plot for good, and then we can figure out where to go from there."

[Powder Miner]

:"Yeah. Gosh... I never thought I'd be doing things that change the world, you know? But here we are. We've done a lot of fighting to be here, but now that we're sending armies packing... I'm not gonna lie, it feels good.""

[Ochita]

  "It.. It does. Not just beating back this many people, something that many would consider impossible, but mainly.. It just feels good to know that we're doing something undeniably right." Albert paused, hand running along his Fortify staff.
  "We're not running away, they are, and we're the ones firmly in the right here. Its a total change from running from the law."

[Powder Miner]

Senija let her smirk return now, slight facial wound (and deeper side wound but that was already half healed) or no.
:"Yeah, right? Hehe... we're the good guys, and we're kicking butt when we do it! They might have their hell and skeletons and military, but evil people won't be getting their way, not with us around. We're a bunch of friends going around and tossing Ixion on their butts. It's probably the best occupation I could have hoped for, ehe."

[Ochita]

Albert smiled, giving Senija a thumbs up.
  "Exactly! I'm glad that we're doing the right thing. If I had known that getting imprisoned would lead to this... Well, I would've been okay with it from the start. A-Anyway,
we, uh, are still in a battle.." Taking a glance at the thinking General. "I guess we should stay focused on the fight, huh.." He said sheepishly, smile still on his face.

Catherine baps the angry out of Laura. For now.

Glaring at the mage, Tomik settled into a defensive stance, glancing back at Laura, then at the prone man on the ground in front of them. Giving another glance back at Laura and the wounds she'd inflicted on Kyle, he called out to Cat who seemed to be tending to Laura.

"Keep an eye on her and the rest of us. That magic is powerful and it clearly leaves us at it's mercy. It's good you were able to help her... Though when you get the chance, heal the man on the ground? I think it's Laura's father... He helped us, we need to protect him."
