Even when feeling down, Senija was a very direct girl, so she took a quizzical look at the ends of the lance and walked right up in front of Harold before reaching out and grabbing onto the handle end of the lance.
:"Hmmm? Is this a lance?"

: Yeah... That would be a bit late though. I don't know how long it's been going on though, imagine that half of more of Ixion's army are brainwashed. What if every one of them got back to their senses? That would be a shitstorm.
: Ach! I mean yes. I thought it would help you find Tomik.

Harold presented and gave the badly hidden Killer Lance to Senija.

"... Hm, you know, that would probably work really well for Laura given she wants to reform Ixion..."

[Powder Miner]

Senija gave Harold a little smile -- she wasn't perked back up yet, and probably wouldn't be until they found Tomik again, but she clearly appreciated the gesture.
:"...thanks, Harold. I hope we get the chance to look for him soon."

[Solymr]

: We should try telling that to her. Or not. I have no idea how she would react.
Harold grinned, obviously pleased.

: Hehe. On that note, we should get going to the port, Harlan bought everything we needed.

"I think she already knows about the brainwashing thing at least. But I'm sure she'd at least appreciate the idea for dealing with stuff."

[Powder Miner]

Senija nods again, suddenly determined.
:"Right. C'mon Harold, we should get going quickly then. We don't have time to waste!"
And she starts jogging off, looking back at Harold in a clear gesture of "let's go".

[Solymr]

: Alright then. You tell her?
Harold followed, mimicking the gesture to the rest of the group.

: Let's pick up Harlan and Catherine on the way. And remember, once we get to Ixion it's going to be easy, the only one who won't be running away in terror will be your brother.

Harold lead Senija to where the other shoppers were hanging around.

"Yeah, sure... Wait, didn't she just fuck off with my axe?"

Harold was doing a fairly good job of encouraging the Wyvern Hunter, it seemed.
:"Right. Right. Yeah, that sounds about right."

[Twinwolf]

Catherine is easy to find. She hadn't moved since he left.

"Hello. We're going now, then?"

[Solymr]

: Yeah, we've waited around long enough. Harlan's got all the stuff and the rest are coming too. After that, Harold glanced at Senija and gave Harlan a thumbs up.

[Solymr]

Micheal saw the group finally arriving and walked forward to meet them.

: Ready to embark? It's going to be a bit cramped, mind you. My squad and some other people are going in the same ship as us.

Micheal led party to the ship that was going to take them to Ixion again, to where Tomik might be.

~~~~Chapter 9: The Decisive Day~~~~

After two days in the ship, the coast of Ixion is finally visible. With little time remaining, the Alberalian troops prepare to disembark at dawn and fight for the coast, where reinforcements could arrive from either side.

Micheal went door by door waking everyone up for the upcoming battle.

: Wake up, everyone! We're hitting the coast soon, get ready!
Meanwhile somewhere else...

Tomik got startled by the yells of the Ixionian commander.

Wake up, everyone! We're moving out right now!

[Ochita]

  "Mmmmnhh... I'm awake, I'm awake.." Albert groggily mumbled, falling out from his hammock with a *thud* Groaning for a moment, he reached for a healing staff, and sighed as the bruise left him. Making his way up to the deck after a quick breakfast, Albert leaned onto the railing and sighed, looking at the coast in the distance.
