Tomik winced as Laura exploded.
 Was hoping to avoid this. Now what do I ... "Please, everyone. Not one of us chose to be in our current situation. But we can't fall apart like this. We've already survived worse. We'll get out of this too."

She turned to Mason.

"Her job was all the menial tasks that other soldiers were too useful to spare to do."

Catherine decides to keep out of it for now, as she is new and this is none of her business, but makes a mental note to deck Lilly when she can do so and not get in serious trouble. Because this was counter-productive to escape.
