Tomik at that point asked for peace.

"Whatever. I'm sick and tired of this brat constantly sniping at me and trying to paint me in a bad light. Whatever her problem is, she needs to get over it."

"I'd really rather not risk it given how prone to violence you all are."

"We've all been slightly stressed lately. But we are still a group. Laura may not have been willing to work with us at first, but she's proven herself many times over. And Laura, regardless of what has happened between me and Lilly, she has still always been there for the group. Even when she would have rather been gone. ...Even when we should have let her go. And you, Asher, don't worry. No one in this cell will be hurting someone else in the cell."

"Are you so sure you could stop them?" Asher doubted it.

"Which? What I said to Asher or that we shouldn't have stopped Lilly? And I would be able to protect you if it came to that, yes."

Albert groaned again, pulling himself up to his feet, and steadied himself against the wall. He swallowed back the urge to puke. Not really finding much to say, he just drew himself against the wall, rubbing one of his arms, as the situation was getting to him.

[Haspen]

"..."

*KER-PUNCH*

"Listen here you little bitch! My fucking problem is that whatever you do, even if you win, I lost and continue to lose!! I was kidnapped by people I didn't know anything about, forced to betray my country to survive, brought dishonor or maybe even punishment on my entire family for THAT and I don't know what happened to them and I don't know how to talk about that because I never been in such stressful situation and I don't know where to go!!..." Her voice cracked and her expression did too.

"I had to tag-along on some crazy magical adventure and battle some horrifying things from the underground that I never ever been told even exist, then had to silently conspire with the enemy of my people AND kill my fellow countrymen who were just doing their duties and now I can be executed for all that and my family will be in even worse shit! That's my fucking problem and I would like for once that you acknowledge that as an issue that I need help with!!..." Then Laura just began to bawl her eyes out into her hands.
