As Tomik returned with Anne-Laude, he, for the first time since he'd rescued her, got a good long look at Lilly. She was battered, still heavily wounded, and he'd been yelling at her. Acting like a jerk, completely ignoring the fact that she was in pain.

And I claim that I love her... Damn, no wonder she's giving up on me...

He shook his head and glanced over at Albert.

"I... Lilly needs your help. Please."

He hesitated, glancing back at Lilly. He wanted to say something, to apologize, but... he knew he didn't deserve her forgiveness. And dealing with her rejecting his apology would be hard enough if they were alone. He didn't want to deal with that in front of everyone. He quietly sighed.

"Maybe when we have a second to breathe, I can talk to her..."

"Sure, I'll be right behind you, dont worry."
Albert mentioned, though while Tomik was away, he looked over at Lilly, and noticed her wounds, fresh and unhealed.
"Oh.." Albert turned to look at Tomik, now returning, and nodded, just catching his quieted voice. Moving over to Lilly, he healed her, leaning in during doing so.
"...C..Could you give me a minute to speak to Tomik, alone? I think its important."
D6 heal Lilly.

"Say whatever you need. I won't listen in, so don't worry about it."

Lilly cupped her hands over her ears as if to prove her point and leaned back against the wall, humming quietly.

If Lilly wasn't covering her ears and humming to drown out noise, she might have heard Laura, and then she might have given Laura a solid thump on the back of the head in much the manner an older sibling might roughly rebuke a younger one. But she didn't, so the Ixionite Knight was in the clear as far as the bard was concerned.

Tomik just glared at Laura, before turning back to the oncoming enemies.
