:"Now, I dunno 'bout the whole end of the world thing, but hey he did free us you know! I'm not afraid of a couple of guards! Heck, I'm perfectly fine going and doing your decoy-y thingymajig! We kicked the guards' asses before, we can do it again! Easy. Pff."

: "Yes, he did free us. In exchange, when he inevitably gets captured again I will try to set him free. That's a fair deal."

: "We should be avoiding the soldiers and keeping our heads down. They'll give up eventually, especially if we don't prove ourselves to be an issue worth pursuing. That's the only way any of you can have some semblance of a normal life. I'm not about to lay my life - worthless as it is - down for a likely conman looking for an easy getaway. Not without some proof that he is in fact some sort of "prophet"."

[Ochita]

Albert took all of this in. His expression completely neutral.
: "So you want us to let ourselves be chased, to throw away everything to give you a chance to look at this thing. Though, to be honest its not like I have anything out there for me.." Albert began to scratch his head, seemingly deep in thought.

[SeriousConcentrate]

Lillian sighed deeply.

First he announces to everyone we're escapees, then he wants us to be a distraction for him...? But at the same time, I don't really think it's a good idea to just let him run off on his own... Why do things have to be so complicated?

"I'm... sort of with Harlan on this one. We do owe Mason for freeing us, but I don't want to be screaming to the high heavens that we're escapees and we're in town. I mean, I hope for his sake Mason doesn't get caught, and if he does I'll... do what I can to help him, even if that's not much, but really we should just be getting out of Ixion. We're... well, we're small fry in comparison to all this prophet stuff they're worried about, right? If we clear out they'll just forget about us, wouldn't they?"

[Haspen]

"For me it's just another miserable change of surroundings in a string of them. I'm the ninth sibling, I'm sure every family needs a failed kid." Laura sighed in defeat.

"Might as well just follow Mason..."

"I kinda feel obligated to help him, he kinda looks like helpless kid!" A giggle escaped her lips but she serious'd in few seconds.

[Swordstar]

Tomik sighed.

"If Senija's in, I'm in I guess. It shouldn't hurt too much if we do what he asks. We're going to be running from the guards anyways, so why not just go as a group? It will let us fight better and there's not much reason to not do it."

[Solymr]

The night passed without incidents and it became day time. Mason got out of his room and stretched a bit, walked down and talked to whoever was awake at that time.

: *yawn* So, what did you decide? Are you gonna give me a hand after all?

[Haspen]

"You look quite childish so I guess I will be your big sister and tag along."

[Sirus]

: "Pretty sure he doesn't want companionship. He wants decoys. Am I right, Mason?"

[Solymr]

: When you put it like that it almost sounds like I want you to get caught... I can't force you to do it, so make me know your decision so at least I have an idea of what to expect. But sure as hell I'm going on my own.

[Haspen]

"What? You're crazy."

"With that fighting you showed in the prison's docks you will get murdered in a day. No way I'm leaving you alone, silly."

[Sirus]

: "I for one would be a lot more willing to help if you had some proof of your claims. Considering your lockpicks, for all I know you're some kind of conman. Or you're just crazy." He coughed and took a sip of water before continuing.

: "How can I know you are what you say you are?"

[Solymr]

: My deal ain't fightning as much as sneaking and running. Which is better than fighting because we can't fight an entire army.

: Only real proof I have is my magic. Ain't gonna see any scoundrel with light magic. Some might use dark magic, but light? It's not like I know much about that stuff, but I know that I swore not to steal or pick again, and when I took the hits my magic got worse, probably cause I swore I wouldn't.

[Haspen]

"I have my doubts that your excruciatingly bright yellow robe and equally shiny white cape are useful when sneaking, but I'm no expert..." She was doubtful in Mason's survival rate.

[Ochita]

: "That is something he has going in his favour... You can't really do light magic as a scoundrel.. And I dont really have anywhere to go.." Albert sighed, and started to munch on some bread. After a couple of minutes, he finishes eating.
: "If we go the opposite way, just how long would we have to let the army chase us?"
