"You think I like any of this? Do you think I *want* her to hate me for possibly keeping her away from her family when they need her? But the alternative is even worse! There was no good solution here. Nothing about any of this is *right* or *ok*. Nothing."

:"No! I don't think that! No, I just don't like her hating both of us and she was my friend and all, so I just wanted to... to try to help or something, so she'd stop hating us. I'm not... this is not my best kind of situation. I don't really know what I'm doing, but I just want to find SOME way to fix things."

[Swordstar]

"So go tell her that. Let her know you regret it. You only did it to help me. Or whatever. You're allowed to disagree with me. Or be friends with her. Tell her you'll help her when you can. Or something. My point is, talk to her since she's the one you want to make things right with. I doubt she'll stop hating me any time soon, but maybe you can be her friend. She probably needs one right now. Thanks to me."

[Powder Miner]

:"But I did do it to help you! An' I don't wanna just... ditch you, or something... and besides, I don't think she'd even be willing to talk to me yet. And anyway if she wouldn't be willing to talk to you, I don't think she'd be willing to talk to me. I mean... we only really became friends because I'm your sister and all. I think she'd just be afraid of me if it weren't for you."

[Swordstar]

"Pretty sure at this point she'll talk to anyone before she talks to me. I know you did it to help me. And that's fine. You don't need to worry about me here. You can go talk to her. She probably needs someone. Feel free to throw me under the wagon. I won't be upset and maybe you'll be able to help her."

[Powder Miner]

That comment, apparently, actually managed to piss Senija off. She poked him in the chest.
:"But I don't want to "throw you under the wagon"! I literally just said that I don't wanna ditch you, are you even listening?! I'm not gonna-- gonna-- talk you down behind your back or something to get back into her good graces, or ignore you, because it wouldn't be worth it! You're my brother dammit, I basically have to worry about you, and I'm not gonna stop doing it now, and you know you're not getting me to step off of you that easily!"

[Swordstar]

Tomik sighed.

"I don't expect you to abandon me. Just... if you want to fix things with Lilly, go talk to her. If you want to help her run away... Just make sure she doesn't go on her own. Telling you not to worry about me was phrasing it poorly. What I meant was don't let our relationship ruin your relationship with her. It's my fault she's in this situation anyways, not yours."

[Powder Miner]

:"Oh, well... I guess it wouldn't be a bad idea... still doubt she'd talk to me yet though. Do you think she'd talk to me...? _{Also it's my fault too, I'm the one who grabbed her stuff, that was my decision.}"

[Swordstar]

"You can't know if you don't try. She might believe a sincere apology. And like I said. You were only doing that because of me. You're... Yeah. I hope she'll listen to you."

[Powder Miner]

:"Okay, uh, uh... do you... actually know where she is?"

[Swordstar]

"She split off from us at one point. Probably looking for a place to play or something."

[Powder Miner]

:"Okay, alright... let's try this. Thanks, Tomik."
She stepped up briefly to give him a slightly bonecrushing hug before walking off in search of Lilly.

As she hugged him, he relaxed slightly and nodded.

"Good luck Senija. I hope she listens to you."

Lilly was currently sitting on a bench on her lonesome, elbows on her knees and her palms cupping her jaw as she stared at the ducks in the pond. She was so inattentive that she didn't even notice Senija was trying to talk to her at first.

"Huh? Sorry, repeat that?"

Senija had been lucky to find her after only a few minutes of searching.
:"I... I hadn't said anything yet, but... ...do you hate me now?"
