"Well... Lets set down for now. If you ever want to ride again though, just let me know. I enjoyed this."

He directed Modra down towards the ship, hopped off her back, and held up a hand for Lilly to take.

"Here, let me help you down. It can be a bit tricky if you're not used to it."

Lilly nodded and took his hand, then swung her leg over Modra's side and hopped down. She put her other hand on his shoulder to steady herself after landing.

"Modra's tall, isn't she? I wasn't expecting that much of a drop."

After a few moments she seemed to come to her senses and let go of Tomik's hand, choosing instead to fold her own hands in front of her and bow slightly.

"Thank you for the ride!"

"But, uh, if you don't mind, I think I'm going to go sit down on a stable surface and hope we hit shore soon..."

"I've had Jason here for a few years now. He's more of a courier pegasus. I don't think he's of Imalean lineage."

"Oh, uh, right."

Realizing how close they were still standing, Tomik took a step back and nodded.

"Err, yeah, I don't mind. I mean... I hope you don't get too seasick. And hopefully we'll land soon and it won't be an issue. I... Yeah."

Lilly laughed quietly.

"Yeah. Me too. That would be a horrible way to celebrate your first few hours of freedom!"

She nodded to him, seemingly a bit reluctant to actually walk away, but after a few seconds did so. Taking her guitar back in hand, she resumed sitting with back to the wall of the captain's quarters and played quietly.

"..."

Realizing he was staring after her, he shook his head and turned around and headed over to Senija.

"Hey sis, how you holding up? Still can't believe we're in this whole situation thanks to you."

He smirked at her, clearly teasing.

Senija was still conversing with Isbilya when Tomik walked up.
:"Well, it was kindofa at birth thing, we've known our wyverns basically from the very start!"
Ranzen, pleased with the attention, let Isbilya pet him.

:"Oh! Tomik! Hiii! Also, yeah, I'm perfectly good... and hey, I say on a boat to FREEDOM ain't a bad situation at all!"

"On a boat to a life of being an outlaw I think you mean. Ah well. It was worth it to see the look on that officer's face after you punched him."

"I see. Must feel good to know that there's always been someone by your side..."

Isbilya kept petting Ranzen for a while before she even noticed Tomik.

"Oh, hi Tomik. Good to know you are ok. We all got a bit bruised back at the island, but you really got some of the worst of it. Good thing the priest boy is good at what he does."

"By the way. What are you two going to do after we get to land? I've been thinking, and it is going to be hard for all of us to get out of Ixion's territory after what we did. And I kinda wanted to know what options people were thinking about."

Tomik shrugged.

"Figured the group would stick together for a while. Maybe we'll eventually split up, but we'll see. Safer as a group than individuals. Though uh... I did invite Lilly to join us, Senija, if we do end up going our separate ways."

Senija's smile softens a little on Isbilya's musing.
:"Yeah. Yeah, it really does."

Then Tomik started speaking.
:"Pff, whatever! Better then staying locked up in that place for just giving someone what they deserved!

Also, ooooh, you invited Lillian, huuuh?
"

She walked up and poked him in the chest, grinning madly.
:"Are you showing interest in the laaaaydeees Tomiiiik?"

Rolling his eyes, Tomik raised an eyebrow and crossed his arms.

"Please. She's just nice and traveling alone. Plus Modra likes her. You know that's not common. So I figured it couldn't hurt."

She punched him in the shoulder.

Tomik groaned and buried his face in his hands.

"Thanks for that. She really needed the encouragement. Truly, thank you."

And then Senija started dancing around him and teasing and he whipped his head up and glared at her.

"Shush! What if she hears you? It's not like that, she's just a friend. A friend who has a pretty voice... Just a friend."
