: "Wait, what's pop? I've never heard of that before.."

"Pop? Isn't it a name for some type of high ranking clergy in the eastern lands or something?"

[Ochita]

: "N..Nono, that's a pope.. I think so anyway.. Plus it's not like you're comparing him to a religious person or anything, because he'd need a hat and probably like a holy symbol like riight on the forehead of his robes."

[Haspen]

"You mean like those red dots of doom some people wear in those straw temples in the mountains?"

[Ochita]

: "U-uh... People do that? Straw temples, dots of doom? I know this guy doesn't seem like the type to have a dot of doom on his face.. Anyway, just look at how he dresses.. It's too fancy for a proper religious robe..."

[Haspen]

"Too fancy? I would swear he kinda looks like one of those dark cultists. Just his robe is... to bright. Maybe it's a religion of fish? Blue is associated with all things watery, right?"

[Ochita]

: "I don't know.. That blue is unlike any water I've seen.. Its closer to a sky blue, but if he was a sky mage I'd be expecting someone more uh.. Flighty.."

[mastahcheese]

"'Pop' is a shortened form of the word 'popular'. I thought all you kids knew what that was. With your crazes and things nowadays. And no, I'm not a cultist. My robe is bright because it lost most of its color when I tried to wash it.... Why am I even explaining this?"
Zane suddenly felt very old.

[Haspen]

"Maybe blue is for thunder? In that adventure book called Ancient Domains of Mystery blue was color associated with thunder lizards. And thunder dragons. And other such thundery stuff. The protagonist have single-handedly slain an entire brood of blue dragons that breathed thunder on his quest to close the gate of chaos! So yeah, maybe thunder."

[Ochita]

Albert felt a little bit like the mage was talking down to him, and Tomik's words came to mind, to express himself.
: "Ah.. Well, I'm sorry mister. I guess it must be pretty hard sticking close to 'the new trends' as you called them. And, maybe you can try a colder wash next time, or get it redyed. And don't worry, its okay to want to explain things long-windedly."

[Haspen]

"Suh-woon! Albert aren't you a talker!" Laura handwaved herself a little to regain her breath and calmness.

[SeriousConcentrate]

Lilly looked at Zane and shrugged as if to apologize for her companion's antics.

"So, um... What were we brought here for, exactly?"

[Ochita]

: "Um."
Albert seemed at a loss for words. Swooning was like fainting, and if Laura was fainting due to Albert having a little harmless payback at being talked down to, did that mean that she didn't expect that to happen? Was she bored so much by him that she almost fainted? Did she disapprove of it so much it overwhelmed her? The last one didn't seem possible, so he expected that it was more to do with how boring it must've been.
: "I'm.. Sorry..?"

[Haspen]

"_{Oh don't apologize, I kinda liked how confident you sounded whilst being your usual cute self!}"

Zane sat with his mouth open, unsure of what to say, until they got distracted by each other.
Thank god.

Lilly looked at Zane and shrugged as if to apologize for her companion's antics.

"So, um... What were we brought here for, exactly?"

"I'll let you talk with Nico about that. He'd be better at explaining then me, assuming he doesn't disappear in the middle of his explainations. He has a habit for that. I think we're headed towards... Whitesand pass, or something like that?"
He looked over to Alessa for confimation.
