Tomik shrugged and rested his chin on his hand after propping his arm up on the table.

"Just my thoughts I guess. If you wanna keep holding 'em in, by all means go ahead. But... It doesn't hurt to let 'em show too. You say you yelled at Senija yesterday, well... That's not a bad thing. Feelings deserve to be heard. Your pain, your anger, your love, whatever it is you feel and would bury... Your friends can't help you with 'em if you don't let 'em show. Just think about it I guess."

[Ochita]

Albert swirled his spoon though the porridge a couple of times, eyes focused on the swirls, before looking back up to Tomik.
: "You might be right, I guess I have to think over some things.. Thanks for your thoughts, and concern... Aside from last night, I'd like to call you a friend, if that's okay."

[Swordstar]

Tomik almost made a comment about needing to be friends with his sister's boyfriend but cut it off at the last second.

"You're a good guy Albert. I'd like to be your friend too, even if I did screw things up last night."

[Ochita]

Albert couldn't help but give a small smile.
: "We all make mistakes, and facing up to and fixing them is commendable."

[Swordstar]

"Well, I'd make some big promise about how I'll never do something like that again but... Lets be honest here, I'm a bit of an idiot sometimes and everyone messes up so... All I ask is that if, in the future, I screw up, you let me know, alright? I'll do my best but... Yeah."

[Ochita]

: "I'll keep that in mind.. And I'll go easy on you as well, but I will let you know.."
Albert ate a couple of spoonfuls of porridge, before looking up at Tomik.
: "Well, thanks for this talk. It's helped.. So, breakfast and then moving to the border, right? I've never really been outside of Ixion..."

Kyle finishes up his food before going to sit in front of the fire and digest. Or maybe take a nap. His eyes are closed but his expression is the same as ever.

Ketsuki was sitting at a table, looking perfectly serene. A mug of some kind of tea steamed gently in front of her.

She had retrieved a small fruit knife from somewhere, and was idly playing five finger fillet, the blade flickering between her fingers.

[Haspen]

Laura came downstairs and stopped at Albert's table.

"Albert. I want to apologize if... if I weirded you out or anything during last battle. I'm not good with expressing my mind. Stabbing and fighting... is about the only thing I do well."

[Swordstar]

"I'm glad too. When you ran out last night... Bah, I felt bad but Senija went after you and... yeah. As for plans, I guess so. That makes the most sense. We've gained an advantage here, taking down those enemies. With that, we'll hopefully be able to stay ahead of them for now. We should head out once everyone's awake and ready to leave, probably. Besides, we've already taken plenty of advantage of these fine folks. We wouldn't want to impose on them longer than needed."

Kyle walks over to Ketsuki.
  "So... where will you and your crew be going next?"

[GiglameshDespair]

Ketsuki halted the flicker of the knife between her fingers. She considered a second, then offered the knife to him.

"Would you consider a go? I'm sure you know the rules."

If he took the knife or not, Ketsuki then spoke again.

"As for our destination... You'll be sailing back out with your piratical companions, so surely our destination is of no great import?"

Kyle takes the knife. He starts a slow pace tapping between his fingers.
  "I might not be heading out to sea again. Depends on where you're going."

"And why would you be following us? And that's a speed suited to an old lady, not a pirate."

Kyle rolls his eyes and speeds up some.
  "I'm sorry that I don't enjoy getting stabbed. Anyways, I only joined up to find Elsid Barrett so I could kill him. I figure if you're heading to a port I'd have a higher chance of finding him."
