Erm, ok. So, a couple suggestions:

1) You seem to be using the undead version of his sprite, so you're super clammy/not natural skin looking
2) Using pure black like that is a sure way to make things look bad. You'll want to use colors that you find in other sprites of that game.

Besides that it looks not bad, but those two are the main things that stick out. Also something is maybe wrong with the armor on the left side but I haven't looked close enough to figure out.

Note for yall: I will allow special swap moves. Two characters that agree to swap positions will be able to do so if they both have MOV for it. The swap will happen at the same time in game time. Other actions will be processed in order of posting as per usual.

Don't worry about healing Harlan for now. He's in a forest and has Stillness, so the odds of getting taken down this upcoming EP are acceptably small.
