I got my mug sheets from there, and I'd say it's pretty good, since they all have the moth frames, and the FE7 and 8 mugs got closed yes and such too.
EDIT: If you really wanna, you can also use FE5 mugs, since those are personally better looking than GBA mugs, and they don't look as weird next to the GBA mugs as say, FE4 mugs.

I changed the clothes and the hair color. I have no idea who's sprite I used as a base but I basically used the fill tool to change the colors as much as I could. I can upload the picture to imgur or something when I get home.
