(probably...for me...only make it 'disable enemy counter attacks' so that means enemies can attack me freely without being disarmed [because it makes more sense that way, due to my character prioritizing hitting the person instead of their weapon when she's busy dodging...though I'd still like it unchanged D:])

Naw that's what Cancel does.
What I'm thinking for Disarm is: it can only trigger on your first attack that you initiate. If it does, enemy can't counterattack and can't equip the weapon they had equipped until next turn. If they have another weapon they autoequip it after the attack. But if they only have that weapon sucks for them.
Also unequipped weapons can be stolen.

Also also I think I should restrict Dragon Scales to while mounted only :v

Dragon Scales already only activates when you've taken 1 point of damage or less. That's a ridiculously small margin of time. Nerfing it even more is *not* needed.

What Swordstar said. Either make it so it's always active when mounted but only then, or keep it as it's already written, but don't make it worthless.

Ye I guess you're right. I haven't been throwing enough enemies at you for it to need a nerfing.
