...By "Kills" in 3 turns, on Doom, does it mean actually kills or on a player just downs?

It means "actually kills" but you shouldn't worry since you have the Apple of Eden Heart of Bor.

Traitor-hunting, basically. I had a suspicion that one or both of those generals would be selling the city out to Ixion, and that by following them I'd eavesdrop on a conversation with a spy of some sort. The choice between Michael and the other dude was basically a coin toss, to be honest.

Obviously my oh-so-brilliant plan didn't work out. Either they're loyal or they started toasting the imminent destruction of the city just after Harlan left :P

Ketsuki to G-6, twang wyvern C
Lamden to H-6, heal Senija, canto to H-3
Tomik to I-5, stab archer
Albert to H-5 Sanctuary Tomik
Lilly to H-6 bard Ket, Senija, Albert, and Kyle
Ket Kyle and Senija repeat murdering as best we can, trying to take out both C and A wyvern while Albert heals who needs it
Laura stab an Assassin
Harlan attack where possible while staying in range of the archbishop
