Without the pillar she's no longer unhittable so it's not the best strategy. Whereas if Tomik dismounts, gets healed, and has Lilly nearby, only the axeman can hurt him when he's at full health and they have 51 hit against him. Even if the axe does hit, he still has 21 def/19 res and a butt load of HP

That 1 MOV is still the difference between keeping pace with all the enemies chasing you and slowly but surely falling behind and getting surrounded.

Also if Swordstar moves to J9 then I can dance Tomik and Catherine this turn.
