The people slowly file into the courtroom and take their designated seats, the defendant still trying to hash out a plan with his lawyer. Judge Thor (Forseti called in sick) reads a list of crimes, and prepares to begin the trial.

((If you can't think of anything to do on your turn, try gathering evidence points for one side, in whatever way Thor allows. You are not restricted to this, so long as your actions do not upset Thor or his eldritch enforcer. I do not know would upset them.))
