Vampire dwarf wants to rule the world!

Just had my first vampire dwarf in 2014 and its also the first time Ive seen that a dwarf has "wants to rule the world" as a goal. Does this even happen to normal dwarves?

He should be smart enough to lay low and dont commit crimes that will grab attention if he wants to rule the world.

I've gotten one "Wants to rule the world" and one "wants to bring about lasting world peace". Usually they just want to master a skill, create a masterwork, or raise a family.

This game needs highlanders - independently wealthy and powerful creatures fighting over the landscape.  For powerz.
