ALLRIGHTY!

Rules and research topics have been updated. Blueprint idea from Sheb's game, as well as treaty limit implemented as well (there's now cap on Research Treaties' RP boost, too). I've also took some of his Nation Trait tweaks.
The map doesn't have much inland waters so no Navies available. Post-conquest loyalists are in, and so is the 'whatever left is one nation' Empire. Test-game players advised to re-read rules thoroughly if they're re-applying.

I like the capital tweak; I fear seeing "whack a capital" in the Sheb game.

Is Province 70 on the new map stretched across both sides of that channel/canal?

Is base PI construction one or two?  The rules still say two, but the dictatorship/democracy descriptions imply it's one.

Does the "rank" of the tech for blueprints follow the [img=http://i.imgur.com/zqP0yR8.png]http://image tech tree[/img] you posted?
