Impossible due to player limit and the game already running :P

Next game will have much larger map (99 Provinces) and 10 player slots, you're welcome to join then.

Will there be random events, such as plague, natural disasters or rebels rebelling for whatever reasons?

There are 2 good and 3 bad events in game so far (Immigration Boom and Young Genius ; Earthquake, Typhus Outbreak and Emigration Wave respectively).

I'm toying with idea of rebels grabbing some provinces for themselves when a heap of bad things happen in their home nation, buuuuut I don't think I will add that in next game yet.

edit: Should not forget weather and climate. IE: Russia in winter.

That +2 Dictatorship bonus is super powerful. Although looking at the rolls I doubt I'd have won even without a -3 penalty.

Dictatorship bonus is +1, it's forts that are so powerful at this stage (once you guys research howitzers and/or tanks/airfields, the forts will stop being such great defenses).

EDIT: ALso from next game onwards, Pacifist/Militaristic traits will have -2/2 costs respectively, and Forts will be destructible for siegeing purposes.

Combined operations until Etrosaea is not a threat for either of us, demilitarization of our common borders until the war end (because we don't need to divert troops there), specific territorial claims to be discussed privately.
