Anything, everything, the city has its political center, military base, trade hub, memorials to wars past, red light district.  Anything you want to find will probably be here and look cleaner than most other kingdoms.

Huntsman and huntress clothing is most certainly in the trade district, although if she is looking for something more exotic, she should certainly check out Little-Vacuo.

There is, in fact, two of those.  Interestingly, one of them is right next to a lingerie shop.

Lexus resists the urge to go into the lingerie shop - as if anyone was ever going to see them unclothed - and enters the cloak shop instead.
They look for ones similar to their own, but with symbols or emblems.
