Chryssa grabs a few sources from each section, hitting the book. Ah, just like the old days.

Ian smirks.
"I'm not an old man yet, and unlike other, I have more experience."
He pauses as he thinks for a moment.
"Could you... could you call me 'hero' again? It felt... nice to have someone call me that."

"Hmm... perhaps, but spontaneity is the spice of life.  Perhaps I'll only use it when I want something of you?" her voice retains its playful tone, but you can tell that she actually did consider saying it.

(16) No luck in the history section, there have been no sightings of those creatures in recent memory.
(42) After some trouble booting the CCT computer, you find that there have been attacks by creatures now known as Vestige Grimm throughout the kingdom, with a few people totally possessed and turned into colorful and masked Grimm.
(63) The mythology books reference a story that you've never heard before, The Grimm Huntsman, though your current selection does not include it.

Ian clutches his chest theatrically as he leans back slightly.
"Oh, you are so cruel. Denying an old man his simple pleasure! You fiend!"

Chryssa looks up The Grimm Huntsman on the computer.

She giggles making sure to cover her mouth, "Oh alright hero. You earned this one, but you'll have to earn the rest as well."

The grimm huntsman is an old tale written back before the dawn of the Dust revolution. There are a dozen endings to the tale, but the beginning is always the same. A warrior desires the power to kill the Grimm that killed his family and a demon arose from the darkest abyss to grant his wish. It gave him the power to kill any Grimm, at the price of being indistinguishable from normal Grimm. The dozens if endings don't give much credence to the story, but there is another constant in the story, a crossroads leading either to civilization or deep into the wilds. In the tales where he chooses society, he becomes a champion who his eventually cut down by those afraid of the influence he comes to wield, im the other tales he becomes just like the creatures he had hunted and is cut down by another huntsman.

Chryssa goes searching through the history books and CCT system one last time, double checking that she didn't miss anything.

"Then I'll be sure to work harder in the future."
Ian smiles at Gale.
"You know, I think I much prefer you happy like this."

Braith glances at the girl.

Chartre, while hanging around Ceil, looks very concerned, amplified by his inebriated state.
"We need to llook for Cordo..."

Ceil sighed a bit, looking at him.
"I know, Chartre... Maybe he's off trying to help clean up the rubble and search for some survivors? Wait, I think I saw someone out there!"
She got up, going towards the window, squinting at them, before yelling,
"Hey! Uh.. you! Who are you? And uh... do you know anything about a person named Cordo? Seeen him anywhere?"

Chryssa goes searching through the history books and CCT system one last time, double checking that she didn't miss anything.

(91) You search fruitlessly for some time, but as you prepare to leave, your eye catches a book with a black binding and no name on the spine.  Removing and opening it reveals that it is a copy of The Grimm Huntsman, and a quick flip through shows the many endings.  Continuing the flip through revals that the notes pages at the end of the book are covered in strange characters and symbols, all of them practically bleeding malice.  Just looking at whatever this language is hurts, and you are forced to shut the book.

Ian shrugs.
"Then I'll be sure to work harder in the future."
Ian smiles at Gale.
"You know, I think I much prefer you happy like this."

She covers her mouth as she smiles, "Well, it's not often that I can be myself."

Ian smiles before pointing towards Braith.
"That guy's been watching you by the way. Know him?"

You can see a boy sitting in a tree from your dorm window.  Cordo's section of the room seems a little more lifeless.

((I was sort of referring to this part. Perhaps I should have worded it better.))

Chryssa checks out the book at the counter if necessary. She runs off to the headmaster's office.

Maeve, meanwhile, quietly wanders about, seeming all evil-like and stuff.

Ian smiles before pointing towards Braith.
"That guy's been watching you by the way. Know him?"

"Really? Because I thought he was looking at that girl over there." she points at Amber "Or that girl in the window."

Chryssa checks out the book at the counter if necessary. She runs off to the headmaster's office.

The librarian doesn't recognize the book and allows you to take it without checking it out, though he does ask that you return it.
Professor Fae is just returning from the impromptu staff meeting when you come in like a hurricane.

Maeve, meanwhile, quietly wanders about, seeming all evil-like and stuff.

You see a girl sprint by with a book bound in what looks like Grimm skin, though you know that to be impossible since Grimm leave no trace after they die.
