"Oh, hey Maeve. What are you up to?"

Lloyd's shoulders seem to relax a bit upon the realization that it was just his team's leader following him.

"Just....taking a walk."

[Atnegam]

"Ah. Same here I guess. I wasn't really feeling tired so I figured I could just get familiar with the academy."

[IamanElfCollaborator]

Maeve nods. It's slightly clear she's not telling the whole truth.
"Indeed."

[Atnegam]

With that bit of business taken care of, Lloyd stood there a bit not really knowing how or where to move the conversation to. After a bit of a silence he began to feel embarrassed for not saying anything while just sorta looking at Maeve and his face reflected that by turning to a light shade of red. He quickly turned away however to hide that and continued on his walk.

Maeve just quietly stalks after him.

After a while...
"So. What did you do before you came here?"

[Atnegam]

"Huh? Oh, uh j-just combat school I guess. How about you?"

[MrVoid]

"What do you mean you were aware..."
Chryssa looks suspiciously at Professor Fae.

"A smaller version of the spell we just cast in the auditorium this afternoon.  It tracks aggression and fear."  She continues to look sheepish.  "My sister did not choose the best husband."

Slate heads over to the professor's office.

Slate arrives as Fae finishes speaking.

"...so, as I mentioned before, my Semblance is Null, which might be particularly useful if whatever that voice is is a semblance projection. If I touch a semblance projection, thanks to Null, it is basically cancelled out."

"I'm afraid that I didn't welcome you here for your semblance, I will explain more once the remainder of Mr. Slate's team arrives.

Indigo starts moving things to find the watcher.

There isn't any sign of anyone other than Emeril.

"Huh? Oh, uh j-just combat school I guess. How about you?"

"A bit more specific?"

"Umm well... Uh... What do you mean exactly?"

Chartre seems rather confused by this.
"...I see..."

"Umm well... Uh... What do you mean exactly?"

"What did you do apart from that?"

[Atnegam]

Lloyd thinks for a moment before shrugging, "Nothing really I guess. I was a lazy kid who just sorta lied around most days. I read occasionally but not often enough for it to be really notable."

Maeve is silent for a little.
"I see."
