"So... now I have a dark voice whispering in my head and we do not know how it will affect me in the long run." Her ears and tail twitch with the danger of her situation.

"We are working as fast as we can on a cure for you and everyone else similarly afflicted.  Though we do not know how much time it will take.  Out of interest, what are the whispers saying?"

"They were convincing me of Maeve's death before, now they mutter about everyone around me waiting to betray me. The calmer I stay the less I hear however, which training with Panther has helped as it is primarily a sniper rifle." She smiles at that fact, looking up with almost mocking at the voice.

Lyssa goes about doing the same as Kat. Though she doesn't have as much to work on, she still takes apart both Blood and Steel, cleans and oils each piece as necessary, sharpens the blades, and puts it all back together. Any observer could probably tell that this is something she does daily, and could probably do it blindfolded with one hand. "So, you don't have any friends, either? Nobody to go hang out with or anything?"

Katarina has the same care for her weapons, though she is still quite careful despite the ease at which she proforms the task. "I don't have many... not at the school atleast. My village doesn't often have fighters who dedicated themselves as I did."
