Considering it myself, but maybe i'll just look into contacts more. Have deep set eyes so its hard for me to get them out but haven't tried them for a few years. also jabbing your eyes right before you go to bed doesn't exactly make you sleepy. Question about them, can you wear them while swimming?

Sister got it done for pretty severe myopia. She's very, very happy with it.

I wear contacts when im swimming, they tend to fall out though

You can wear contacts while swimming, but you have to be careful not to open your eyes underwater and not dive in too heavily. Also, it's best to not wear your contacts from the moment you get up to the moment you're about to pull your blanket over you. If you take them out a bit sooner your eyes will endure them longer. Or at least that's what they told me when I got my contacts.
