Name: Satô "Caddo" Kurounmei
Race: Human
Weapon: Black Tarot, a card case that actually works more as a dust shooting device. When shooting dust bullets, the bullets take the form of random Tarot cards that cause different effects on impact depending on the meaning of the card. As the case is made of extremely hard metal, he sometimes uses it as close combat weapon.
Semblance: Unknown.
Appearance: A quite average looking boy, of average height and a bit skinny, whose only two remarkable features are a scar that runs the left side of his face and the fact that his eyes have black iris.

He can usually be seen shuffling cards while looking at apparently random points. He is usually quiet and speaks in a very low voice.

Name: Carran O'Connor
Weapon: Hammer Blade: A large war hammer, around 4-5 feet in length made of some material resembling iron. It seems to be damn near in breakable, but does not have any special abilities, save for one, it's ability to transform into a sword. The hammering part splits into 2 halves, before jutting out slightly from their previous position and sliding down the handle of the 'hammer', revealing mor and more of the blade as they descend. They stop at around 25 cm from the end of the handle, before slotting into place and then both halves rise by 45 degrees. The sword itself is just as long as the hammer, and just as nigh-unbreakable. It has no true special abilities though.
Semblance: Super Strength
Appearance: Carran has black hair staying just above shoulder height. He is somewhat pale, although not enough for it to immediately jump out at you. He has dark grey eyes.

Stats: 100 points to be allocated
Aura: Defines your "Health" a miniscule amount is spent when using Dust or semblance
Weapon Skill: Your skill with using your weapon, enhances weapon damage
Dust Affinity: Your ability to activate dust, enhances dust bullet and magic damage
Semblance Skill: Your skill with manipulating your semblance, depending on what your semblance does, can enhance any number of things.

Additionally, for now, I'm offering Flaws for a 10 point bonus.  You may take a single flaw. Some potential flaws include weaknesses to (1.5x damage from) fire, lightning, ice, wind, Grimm, Faunus, Humans, Dogs and Robots.  Fixable flaws include unknown semblance (minimum 20 points in semblance), dust incompetent (minimum 20 points in dust affinity and no dust usage) and no weapon ( minimum 20 points in weapon and no non-dust crystal ranged attack).  If you can think of any others off the top of your head I (or Elf) will vet them and give you a go ahead.

Name: Ceil Harker
Weapon: This weapon is primarily a Assault rifle, however it is also capable of being used as a Hatchet due to the stock's  being exactly that.. It is called Forester Band.
Semblance: Ceil is able to use her Aura to (semi)accurately push herself or someone in continued close contact away, in various directions.
Appearance: This young lady's blond hair is somewhat kept in a pony tail to try and keep it out of the way, but the front is barely kept to the same degree, sometimes getting in the way despite her attempts at keeping it under control. Her eyes are a light blue color. She has a small frame, but at the same time it is noticeable she is good at moving in an acrobatic manner. Her outfit is reminiscent of a knight's doublet, in a grey or of course her standard Light blue.

Nah I literally do this like all the time with all my characters. If Elf already is making a team with my guy I'm cool sticking in for it.

LEMS... Uh... Well... Smelt is all I can really think of for that orientation of letters. Using his last name and K instead of S you get LEMK which could be... Milk if you squint... I mean they made coffee with CFVY... I can run through my name list again and see if I can find a better name than Lloyd if needed, gray had a few male names iirc
