It really depends on who is going to not be able to acclimate to my combat rules. For you see, after watching RWBY a number of times, I have realized that combat on Remnant requires awesome, therefore, it is an actual multiplier to your damage output. A single attack against a single opponent is going to use this function
Damage= Tool skill*10*(0+awesome)*d100%
Someone's HP is Aura*100
Tool skill is the point value of weapon skill, dust affinity or semblance. The 10 makes it so that combat goes fast enough. Awesomeness is up to my personal judgement based on your description of what you've done. It'll usually start at 1.5 and go up and down based on what you do. Naturally, team attacks get more awesome points.
Defense= armor+10(weapon skill+semblance)
Bullets are generally good for mowing down large groups (torchwick's cane excepted), but will rarely work against single opponents. Because they are a tool skill of (weapon skill+dust affinity)/X+1 where X is the maximum number of bullets per turn. X can not be 2, 3 or 4.
Since Elf's character uses dust infused clothes instead of a standard weapon, he can use either his dust stat or his weapon stat. It will take him a turn to switch between the two however.
I'll be doing most of the math so don't worry too much. That said, i suspect that there is a flaw in here so please point out any flaws in my math.

Dust Incompetent?
Didn't quite understand the way the flaws like Dust Incompetent and whatnot were supposed to work; I need at least 20 points in something i can't use to get 10 points elsewhere? or I need to spend 20 points in it to fix it?
It means 90 usable points now for 110 usable points later with a story bonus.
