I left because the magic got to be too much.

Im fine with magic in principle, dunno why this description of magic turned me into a brainless so fast.

Well magic has no pull in this game
Literally nothing big you can do with it right now

So let's test combat tomorrow I guess

Actually, I think I just might get my military to invade Sigylguard. Prove that my x3 numbers advantage would slaughter him even with his home terrain advantage.

[Demestris sends a demand to Sigylguard telling them to accept annexation of nation by the Great Kingdom of Demestris or else go to war against Demestris.]
[All five armies under the Great King and the three Generals move to the Demestris/Sigylguard border.]
[A messenger arrives in the Council of Other to ask for help in the war that may or may not come depending on whether Sigylguard wants to be a silly poopoohead or not.]

EDIT: Hey Cryxis, in the PM I sent you a while ago I gave you some code that you can put in the OP that included links to all the city state descriptions. It would really make my day if you implemented it. In other news... YAY EVERYTHING IS AWESOME AND HOW I WANT IT TO BE WITH THIS GAME! Slight amounts of magic can be explained by radiation. SLIGHT AMOUNTS.

EDIT2: Why doesn't it record the messages I send? That is a very annoying thing I want to fix.

Just throwing this out there

I think if a nation is over run/taken over the player who 'hosted' that nation will still do representative stuff for it but the nation that controls it can punish the controled state through internal actions

Will post more tomorrow

[Sigylguard delegates all over the world, including Demestris, start heading home, spreading word of the unjustified war of aggression. Formal requests are sent out to all nations, asking for allies in this war.]

As Sigylguard has not only refused to cede to our terms, but has also withdrawn all of its diplomats, the Great Kingdom of Demestris has no choice but to declare war. However, I will also address the inquiries by various cities as to why Demestris is being forced into pursuing the annexation of Sigylguard. To put it thusly...... they had it coming.

[All non-military citizens of the Great Kingdom of Demestris are ordered to move inside the walls of Demestris. This includes the Peasant class who must harvest as many crops as possible and bring in as many animals as possible (with a preference for horses of course) into the city with them.]
[The Demestris reserves are called up (4k soldiers), armed as well as possible (enough for 1k HE and 1k archers), and told to hold out against any invaders wishing to attack Demestris. A local commander is also given the right to conscript as many adults as required in the defence of Demestris.]

[The military of the Council of Other is absorbed into the Fourth Army.]

[The First Army and the Second Army under the command of Great King Augustus invade the Sigylguard.]
[The Third Army under the command of General Michael invades the Sigylguard.]
[The Fourth Army under the command of General Goku, son of Great Queen Hermione, invades the Sigylguard.]
[The Fifth Army under the command of General Cacame invades the Sigylguard.]

Tradition of the Fifth Army dictates that it always be led by an Elf. The General gains the titular name of 'Cacame', named after the protagonist of the novel 'Elf King of the Dwarves' which became a worldwide best seller before war broke out. The Fifth Army carries a near-intact copy - and only copy, in Demestris - of the book.

[GAME NEWS]
Will be trying some different types of war mechanics tomorrow
Anybody got suggestions on how they want it
I'm probably just going to do attack vet defence rolls till either the armies surrender/retreat or get completely killed
