The leader of Serbis looks at the sharply dressed leader of the common wealth
Serbis has kept all undesirable citizens in camps where they farm for the nation, this seems more humain than sticking them in a facility built in one of the most controling countries here

The delegate smiles in a way that makes you want to punch him in the face. With a landmine.
"But what about those anarchists I keep hearing about? Maybe you don't want them sitting and plotting against you?"

With a sneer
Aye but they are doing fine work on the fields, and the violent ones were quite a show in the streets

"Will they be just as entertaining when they surely rebel?"

Have you ever seen an anarchist with an arrow through his throat?

No. Why? Because me and my colleagues are clever enough to contain and use those idiots for something better than ammo wasting. Which is entertaining, I need to admit.

Wasting? Ha! There are more than enough arrows to go around. And it's more like target practice for my archers, which are some of the best here may I add.

"...Gentlemen, gentlemen, are we really going to start arguing this soon? We are here to promote peace, not rip out one another's throats. If this is how all these talks will turn out, I fear for the state of the River."

"That depends, mostly on the level of control your forces will have over such a facility. Sadly, while the idea itself may be a worthy idea, placing that level of control in the hands of one group with... interesting... plans."
The speaker, a slightly small and grungy human stands and weakly smiles "Apologies for the late arrival, our cart broke down on the way, and repairing the damage took some time."
