The artillery start targeting high-value units. The pikemen start forming up into squares, with crossbow units appended onto the sides of those formation. The heavy infantry covers the flanks of the general formation. The crossbowmen fire at high-value units.

The pike units on the flanks turn to face the cavalry, whilst the centre holds position. The crossbows continue firing at the cavalry along with the artillery. The infantry on the flanks adopt a skirmish formation, screening the other units from a cavalry charge.

Just clearifying, pikes move to flanks, infantry stay at front and cross bows fire on cavalry while artillery fires on to on coming formations?

Some pikes move to face the flanks, while others stay at the front. The infantry form up into screens to protect the flanks, and both the artillery and crossbows fire onto the cavalry.

Cavalry is too close for the artillery, it'll just go over them

Left flank cavalry attempts to maneuver around pikes and attack artillery. Right flank cavalry does the same but targets the archers. Archers target the pikemen on the flanks. Heavy infantry charge the enemy infantry but stay away from all pikes.

Have them... move... to the flanks and attack????? Seriously, what does your front line look like? Pikemen in the centre, infantry flanking them, and more pikemen flanking the infantry? Or just a big block of pikemen with infantry flanking everything?

Attacking cavalry-[5]
Attacking archers-[8]
Attacking heavy infantry-[13+4 charging bonus]

Defending cross bows-[11]
Defending artillery-[10]
Defending pikes-[17]
Defending infantry-[19]
((I think the random number generator just hates the attackers))

The attacking cavalry takes heavy damage, most of the surviving cavalry decide to route to the attacking archers and regroup. Few of them make it into the ranks of the artillery but do cause some damage.
The attacking archers are able to kill a few defending archers.
The attacking heavy infantry charge into the defending infantry skirted at the fronts of the ranks and are able to dispatch many units but are also heavily damaged themselves.

The defending infantry and pikemen are able to hold back the charge.

Defence-
150-60= 90 Heavy Infantry
 570-20= 550 Pikemen
200-30= 170 Crossbowmen
50-10= 40 Artillerymen (20-5= 15 Ballistas)

Attack-
325-95= 230 heavy infantry
 315 archers
 150-75= 75 cavalry

The infantry disengage, while the crossbows and artillery start focussing upon the enemy archers. The pikemen form up and begin a countercharge on the enemy infantry.

(I see the desert has no one...screw it.)

The Marauders
Location: Eastern Desert (Farther within than the position of where the other city-state's location could be)
Military: (Exceptionally High) All members of the civilization carry their own weapons, and are highly trained in combat.  Their weapons are of moderate quality, but some families have discovered a few working relics from before the war that are used for extreme situations.
Government: Bordering total anarchy.  Structure only really exists from the Guardian Organization, which only protects the settlement from highly dangerous creatures mutated by radiation that come from beyond the farthest east.
Peoples: Humans (and Khajiit) whose bunker collapsed long ago, but within a region of the desert that possessed a lower radiation level than the norm of the time, allowing them to survive.
Laws: Mild to Nonexistent, as prejudices and violent tendencies have been eroded by their situation to nil, causing the people to have little to no animosity towards another.
Religion: While the religion followed is entirely up to the individual, people near unilaterally follow the teachings of "the Foundation of Society", which has one teaching:
(The creatures) are our greatest foe.  We must not go back to hiding in fear that plagued our early days.  No one else will protect us.  We must stand up for ourselves.  We are to be the shield, in the hopes that civilization shall rise again.  Failure is not an option.

You are accepted to the game but the relics (if they are guns) are not ok.
The other stuff is great, welcome to the great river hall

((On a side note, Zanzetkuken is one of the actual players in the game I'm running my friends through but it's going a bit slow in the real world, whose willing to play it if I start up a game for it here? I will provide a map this time and better rules than my previous attempt))
