I believe that... one of my great grandfathers was a Dragoon, actually. In the German military. They all were actually. But I'm sure that he wasn't blue." She lets Kyle explain what Fire Emblem is, because she definitely has no idea what it is either.

"I see. That's interesting.

....you only told me it was a famous game series, which I have somehow never heard of."

"Yeah, I think you've been secretely hiding under a rock or some cosmic entity knows that the fact that you resemble one of the characters and thought it would be funny for you to never find out."
Kyle shrugs.

"I suppose that it is. But you never think that way when you're being taught it. I used to dread the little lectures that my father used to give me on our family history..."

Kyle shrugs.

Ao just gives him a deadpan look.
"I know I resemble Char, but I find it highly improbable I resemble a Fire Emblem character. And don't be absurd- what kind of cosmic entity would hide the existence of a character resembling myself from me and find it funny?"

Kyle looks in Elfcollaborator's general direction before looking back and shrugging.

Somewhere else, a devious forum PbP player is chuckling at the absurdity of the situation.
"Why did you just look up randomly?"

((Only a single great in great grandfather? The year is 2030, you might want to add one or two more greats in there.))

Luzia politely waits for Ao and Kyle to steer the conversation into more familiar territory. She's more than a bit confused with what they're talking about right now.

Kyle stands there looking casual for few minutes before seeming to notice that everyone is staring.
"Can you box Ao?"

"Somewhat."

Luzia smiles and nods, "Maybe we should have a practice bout. Kyle is teaching me how to box and I would love to have a sparring partner."

"I was in the plain old army, normal foot soldier stuff really. Did you enjoy your job?"

At that question, she gives a very interested grin, and turns to face Lethe.
"Oh, I very much enjoyed it. In fact, it is the reason I even enlisted for piloting. I mean.. I had technically the most experience piloting my unit, and so... you understand, correct?"
