"Still, you should see a doctor if your having throat problems. I can go with you if you want."
Kyle says getting up. He's still shirtless.

Lethe nodded, she forced a smile back onto her face.
"You did well out there Kara."

"Thank you... So, what shall we do now, Lethe?"

"I've been through hell and back, Kyle. I have a right to brood over something simply because it reminds me of one of the most traumatic moments of my life."
Trevor rests his head on his knees again.
"And just because I feel hopeless, I'm still going to try and try until I've fallen. I'm not fighting to hope this is going to save all of us... I'm fighting to survive."

"Thank you... So, what shall we do now, Lethe?"

Lethe shrugged
"No idea, anything you want to do?"

"Don't say that."
Ao wraps her arm around Trevor to give him a sidehug.
"Hope for humanity still remains, and if we all survive, you do too."

"Thing happen, Ao. People die, no matter how hard they try. I was in the military. I'd know."

"And? Do you think that having such a hopeless attitude will help you?"

"I'm human. I can't help it."

Ao looks almost deadpan, despite her mask hiding the rest of her face.
"Yes. I noticed you weren't a giant monster attempting to eat us all alive.

Sarcasm aside, do you think for a second that none of us have suffered? That none of us have lost anything in this?"
