The adventures in this thread wil take place in the River Valley nations which is a map set up for a different game I'm playing with my friends but we need some random stories so I figured a few could be made here ( I will try to post a picture of the map some time if I can )
Rules
Objects will not magically appear out of nowhere but miracles can happen where a weak character can throw a stone and kill a dragon so keep actions within things that can happen ( now wishing or rolling things into existence)
Don't be a bland dungeon diver adventurer, explore the world get into the conflicts and talk to people
Try to have funny adventures (I will try my best for funny scenarios)
There is no rule on what kind of person your character can be, one of the main questions characters killed an entire towns worth of guards out of vengeance and another has such terrible short term memory that his memories are deleted four days after having them
Fill out your character sheet
Name: (simple enough)
Race: (Choose from Orc, dwarf, human, wood elf, snow elf, high elf, red guard, Argonian, and Kahjiit)
Intended Class: (if your character is meant to fit into a class like thief, warrior, Mage, etc then just plop that in here for ease of use)
Main weapon: (your characters weapon, choose from copper/iron/or silver and any melee weapon should work. If your character uses a shield put that too.)
Magic (if used): (the magic is split into a few destructive categories; ice, wind, and fire. only choose one field unless you have no main weapon then choose two. So if you have a Mage or your character uses magic choose one of those three and the spells used from those three will be in a seperate spoiler)
Alignment: (good neutral bad- chaotic neutral lawful one from the right and one from the left EX: chaotic neutral)
Biggest advantage: (quick, strong, smart, social, brave, wise, etc. can only have one)
Disadvantages: (slow, gimp leg, missing limb, dumb, aversion to [insert thing], fear of [insert thing], anti social, etc have at least 2 but a max of 4 and no contradictions with advantage)
Magic
Magic in this world falls into three destructive classes. Not all people have magic ability but plenty do and it can be used in non combat forms. Smiths use fire, food industry uses ice, and fire fighters use wind. The higher level the spell the harder it is to use, but if your character is a Mage they are able to easily cast mid levels and basics but high levels may be difficult. Non Mage classes can not cast high level spells, but basic are easily cast and mid are difficult.
The three are
Ice- ice and water based attacks.
Basic spells- snow ball, mist, frost (snowball is just that, mist is a blast of luke warm water, and frost puts a layer of frost on a target)
Mid level spells- Ice ball, snow, freeze (ice ball is just a solid ball of ice, snow is like mist but colder, freeze is like frost but freezes the surface instead of just putting a layer of ice on it)
High level spells- Ice spike, ice storm, permafrost (Ice spike is a shootable spike of ice and damages like arrows or spears, ice storm releases a storm of ice causing low visibility and slows enemy movement, permafrost freezes items/objects/body parts in place untill defrosted.
Fire- flame and heat based attacks
Basic spells- ignite, spark, warm (ignite creates a small match sized flame, spark releases a shower of flame sparks, warm warms objects that you touch)
Mid level spells- flame, spark shower, heat (flame creates a ball of fire in your hand that can be thrown a few feet, spark shower creates a large amount of sparks that can temporarily light an area or ignite a large area of tinder, heat heats up objects quickly by touching them)
High level spells- Fire ball, heat blast, contact fire (Fire ball creates a large ball of fire in your hand and can be thrown a good distance, heat blast heats a 20 foot radius around you able to melt snow/ice/other cold objects, contact fire ignites objects on touch)
Wind- air and wind based attacks
Basic spells- breeze, blow, cool (breeze is a light breeze that can be blown in a direction, blow is a quick light blast of air around you, cools a small area on touch)
Mid level spells- wind, blast, contact breeze (wind a fairly strong blast of wind enough to knock someone off balance, blast a blast of wind enough to stop most people but not knock them off balance, contact breeze is a light breeze enough to blow out a small flame)
High level spells- Tornado, Hurricane (tornado is a powerful force of wind able to be thrown and knock people down, hurricane is a blast of wind able to knock everybody around you off balance)
