Go buy most realistic looking model pistol I can find, holster for it and sunglasses to go along with that bodyguard suit. Check from the lobby if there's any post for us.
Wear the bodyguard suit, holster and model pistol. Mirror time: would this charming me pass as a bodyguard?
Are the minicameras small enough to be disguised as a part of suit? And do we have necessary things for it? If yes, have someone do it for me.

Well, the goal is to disable cars and shit if we are pursued, so I think no flak. What I had in mind was, well have you seen videos of those robots who are nothing but a cylinder with two wheels and radio control? Something like that, but with an explosive creamy center :P(the idea being I let them go, maneuver under a pursuing car, and detonate them, shredding the car and flipping it all which way, forcing the cops to back off).

I also had an idea for a flying drone like that for taking out helicopters and aircraft.

Michael tries to determine of any of our fronts carry the following: raido control parts, miniature motorized wheels, small batteries, RC planes or hobbyist jet engines and plane kits.

No. I suppose there are similarities, but I'm fairly certain angry birds doesn't let me charge into a battalion of knights with a car made of circular saws.

Grab ID papers, high class clothes, card/enough cash to open an account without it being suspicious. Bring Ulrich along as my bodyguard after he plays bodyguard dress-up and set up an account at the target bank.

I might go in 'unarmed' for now. I don't know what this worlds carry laws are, but guns will make any security team nervous.

Look up local weapon carrying laws, and the process for getting the related permits.

Bring my laptop to a cafe (or similar) near the banks entrance before they go in. Setup a passive radio monitor on the laptop, then put something else up while it works. Probably cookie clicker.
Get today's 'paper' and keep an eye on things.

I'm not sure it's about speaking well enough. Be patient, ask what their policy is. If their policy is to bring the box to us, we come up with something to put in there that helps us. If their policy is to escort us down there, or escort us somewhere else inside the bank, we can make other plans.

A model pistol and not a real one? Huh. Alright. Sunglasses and  holster, check. Holster for gun, holster for sunglasses, holster for holster.

You did get a package. A rather large box.

You get dressed. You'd pass for a body guard or secret service or hired assassin, sure. They all dress the same, for some reason.

Not quite. Unless you want a very obnoxious and obvious belt buckle.

You could get all those from a hobby shop even easier. Just withdraw some cash from an atm, get it broken into smaller bills at a grocery store or somewhere else, to break the trail, then buy everything for cash. Maybe from two or three places.

Grab ID papers, high class clothes, card/enough cash to open an account without it being suspicious. Bring Ulrich along as my bodyguard after he plays bodyguard dress-up and set up an account at the target bank.
I'll hold this back for a moment since he wanted to bring a camera but can't. I just want to make sure you're not getting into a situation you don't want.

Local laws allow open carry, and the process of getting a permit involves taking a test and going through a training class.

Well, we'll assume it runs and you stay incognito. What are you looking for?

Ok, so here's the thing; when you say set up an account are we talking about, like, just enough to set up a normal account? Or are we talking a huge chunk of cash and set up something special? Since you don't specify (Beyond saying "Enough to open an account, which is pretty small) but it would look REALLY weird for a rich guy with a body guard to walk in and set up a 500 dollar account.

Withdraw a few hundred dollars, break it into small bills(preferably one bill at a time at different stores. Buy junk food ore something), and visit several hobbyist shops, picking up the following: liquid fuel hobby rocket engines, remote control radio parts, motorized wheels, command software. See if there is a shop doing custom metalwork or plastics, and get a shell similar to a scout eye, as well as several cylinders or pipes.

Then, discreetly order explosives through our mining front and wait for delivery to a secure location(have Steve set up one).

Edit: Before all this though, make sure the address I give them is NOT the one where we are all staying. Go and get another apartment set up for us.

Eh, let's go with several hundred thousand, and set up some investments. Long term and short term. Sign up for services, including the deposit boxes, and see if they'll give us a tour of their security measures as I am a Very Important Person and want to ensure my money is protected. Make sure to bring Ulrich along.
