Sorry to double-post, but I've spent way too long working on this for me not to show everybody. And you can just copy-paste it into the mod too, easily. The unit and weapon IDs all line up after all. Anyways, enough complaining from me. I'll get working on submitting my pretender.

#descr "Often Dheathig workers dig up strange bones and awe-inspiring skeletons in their labours, the remnants of some great race that existed long ago, before the lavaborn were born and the giants of Dheathig left their ancestral homeland. As more and more of these skeletons were uncovered, the Great Seraphs of the Plagues decided that it'd be totally awesome if they could reanimate these bones. Long story short, the magic of the Seraphs eventually worked and reanimated these fossilized giants, for the dark magicians were rather dedicated in their labours. These reanimated giants now have the place of honour in the Dheathig army, and if their lavaborn riders are killed, they can still fight on, driven by the unnatural magics animating them."

Partly because they're equipped with the best armour made in ASTICUS and partly because of the many blessings that PELLICIUS has bestowed upon them. One of these many blessings is the transformation of a heavy-wounded Fire Hierophant into a Fire Werewolf. Unfortunately in this form they are too small to use their old equipment, and must fight bare naked with claws and teeth. However they also experience the might of PELLICIUS more powerfully in this form and their wounds quickly knit back together. Given enough time a Fire Werewolf will regenerate completely and reassume their old form, ready to bring death to the enemies of their god."

But then the Dheathigese giants arrived from their exodus, and the lavaborn were forced to take up arms to protect their homes. Unfortunately running around bare-chested is no way to win a war, and the lavaborn were soundly beaten. While the differences between the lavaborn and giants have been resolved long ago, a few lavaborn still show a great distain for shirts and run around stark naked on their ancestral mountains. #descr "When the Great Seraphs of the Plagues reanimated the bones of ancient creatures, they automatically decided that they'd be better if they were ridden into battle. Not because they'd thought that riders would make the skeletons more deadly, but because all of the Great Seraphs agreed it'd be much more awesome. Great Seraphs of the Plagues are not known for their logic and reasoning skills. As such, at their request, many lavaborn were trained to ride the ancient skeletons, and harnesses and tack were made so that they could control them. Surprisingly enough, the fossil cavaliers of Dheathig are actually effective in battle, and have become the elite of the lavaborn soldiers. If a fossil cavalier is killed in battle, the magics animating his 'mount' will compel it to keep fighting on."

#descr "After PELLICIUS and Tuimer orchestrated the everlasting peace and friendship between the giants and the lavaborn, the great goddess decided to celebrate the momentous occasion by bestowing more blessings upon her chosen people and instituting the order of the Fire Hierophants. These amazing giants were as fiery as their lavaborn companions, and were immune to heat and minor fires. Their endurance and reflexes are well above an average Dheathigese giant, and the favour of PELLICIUS makes them practically immune to magic. Given the best arms, equipment and training possible, they are an awe-inspiring and fearsome force on the battlefield. Unfortunately their numbers are few, as they can only be born in the holy city of ASTICUS, but their will is strong and they proudly and unflinchingly serve their great goddess. Unlike their giant brethren, the Fire Hierophants are all immune to the plague of the Great Seraphs, and so they display their scars proudly, for they earn them on the field of battle honourably."

Even in the dimly remembered past the plagues of the Great Seraphs were fearsome, but the skills of the Astrologers predicted and blunted these terrible diseases. The coming of PELLICIUS, the splitting of their race, and the terrible exodus were all foretold by the Astrologers of old. Unfortunately the stars of Dheathig are unfamiliar to these skilled magicians, and they can no longer predict the terrible misfortunes that could befall their new home. When the Dheathig giants arrived in the mountainous homes of the lavaborn, the few lavaborn sorcerers held a general meeting to figure out what to do about the invaders. But Tuimer had been contacted by the Flabbergasters beforehand, and smote his rivals and their followers with lightning before they could react.
