OOC and Signups.  Only post sheets at this location.  Sheets posted in IC will be ignored.



Mission 1: Lost Convoy

After a few hours of traveling, you and the rest of the group come to a halt just outside of the forest the coordinates said existed at this location.  You and the rest were sent out to investigate the disappearance of a convoy that had been enroute to Colony 005.  All that is known at the current time is that contact was lost within the area.

Objective Added: Locate convoy
Objective Added: Determine the cause of disappearance

Seeing the formation around me, each one making a better scout than myself, I decide the best course of action is to stick to the trail for now and provide backup as necessary. I look southward and prepare to move four units, after the rest of the team has done so.

((We have communications right? I just assumed we have at least what modern equipment does.))

"I suggest we proceed in formation. Preferably a reverse triangle, with me at the rear and the choppers over the forests. Over."

Zakkon moves off of the road to head into the forest, as Mercury, Anderson, and Vader head further down the road with Zalgan moving to take up the rear.  Both Vader and Zakkon pick up weak distress signals within a short distance (6 hexes) of their positions.  Signals confirm that they are those of the convoy.
