They look fine.  I can dump any other kidnd of object (wood, clothing, furniture, etc) but if I set stone to be dumped, it just sits there and nobody will haul it.  Even with 6 idlers all set for full hauling jobs.

Is the dump zone inside a burrow & the burrow set to restrict jobs (or whatever that's called)?

Are you sure the stones are reachable?

Are the stones outside? If so, have you doublechecked that your (o)rders are set to collect refuse from outdoors?

Appears to be a bug.  If I set dwarves to gather outside refuse, suddenly the stone gets dumped.  For some reason stone is being set so that it's always flagged as outside refuse, no matter where it is.

I verified that the room I have the stone set to dump is inside, dark, subterarian.  Yet, stone doesn't get dumped unless I mark outside refuse for collection.

Can somebody boot up 40.13 and verify that it isn't just my game?

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue. Might be relevant that I've copied over the a save from 40.12.

My game is fresh on a completely fresh install of 40.13 (I even redid all my init files because I saw there were changes.)

I'll see if a bug report is in, and if not, submit one and get my save uploaded.

I also had the same problem (in a save moved from 40.12) however when I changed the refuse option in the orders menu to gather refuse from outside dumping started working again. Perhaps the same will happen for you.

Hmmm, I'm having a different problem that might be related. No one is picking up vermin corpses inside my fortress. They're piling up in my food stockpiles (go cat!). I'ce got "Dwarves gather refuse" turned on. I've even got "Dwarves gather refuse from outside" and "Gather Vermin Remains". But still the rotten creepy crawler remains are still sitting there while 23 dwarves idle in the dining room across the hall.

Hmmm, I just changed my orders to "Dwarves Ignore Refuse" and suddenly they are rushing to move the remains to garbage dump zones (NOT refuse stockpiles). Wierd.

Anyone else seeing anything like this?

Yeah, noticed the same thing.  Except for me they hauled indoor vermin remains when I set haul outside refuse and haul vermin remains.
