Trainees I can find a use for that's safe enough for them and honestly I doubt we have a choice, this is going to keep getting worse they can either learn now with my teams along to keep them alive or later without us.

I'll head out tomorrow I'll be picking up fresh troops today and I think I'll need numbers for this. "

"Those trainees will die if they go, I do not permit them going as untrained as they are. The heft of this mission weighs on tactic and handling, not numbers. Just yesterday 21 men took down an army of 150 in less than an hour. You don't need the numbers."

With surprise on our side, but fine I'll get my men sorted to leave tomorrow. 3 teams should be enough to fight clear if we can't hold them.

"We have one team of 8 officers, a team of 4 snipers, and 3 teams of 12 scouts headed out with you. There will be APCs outside your facility tomorrow at 6am waiting to pick you up. Once we are situated we will leave for Requiem"

Of the 21 recruits in training and my current team select the 20 best fighters to form my Mortal Guard. Use the trained recruits to replace any men taken from my current team. Keep the same equipment and skill sets for that team except for the engineers which is adjusted as below.

Mortal guard and myself have the following equipment.

Demo, ACW-R Assault rifle with red dot sight and Silencer, 2 high caliber sidearms with Silencers, 2 combat knives, grenade belt containing stun, incendiary and frag grenades, C-4 with remote detonators, full combat armor with nv goggles on helmet and oxygen filter to cover everything below the eyes.

Etrius wakes up the rest of Castle and shows them the horde.

"See Garry?" he says with a smile, "This is why I wanted you to have grenades."

Use the power of grenades, molotovs, and powder bombs to blow up zombies from the fortification. Have some scouts continue to make more of them. The rest of the Scouts and Castle picks off the zombies that look like they're most damaging the fortifications. Brutes are given priority.
