The officer leads you out of the casino and a worker takes your tokens and pricks your finger for a drop of blood as you leave

"Come along. Hm... how about the name ShaggyDog?"

I keep on searching for more stuff.

The officer gets his helmet and leads you to the council building
You both enter the main lobby
He looks at you,"This is as far as I go. The lady at the front desk will tell you where to go but officers are not allowed in the council room"
