((You do know that this will consist of A LOT of close quarters fighting, right?))

You will be transported with an assistant team of scouts to the grounds for the new city [Requiem] and will clear a safe house. Once you have a safe house you will clear the area. The extra scouts will leave once the safe house is secured.

"We'll meet up with the scouts in a bit. First we're heading to the armoury to upgrade our gear. Tell the scouts to meet us at the gate."

Etrius turns in his rifle and rifle ammo. In return, he picks up a pair of Mac-10s without stocks, some ammo for them, and a short sword.
Frank swaps out whatever pistol he has for a revolver and gets some armour and/or a uniform to make him look authoritative. He'll be the diplomat on the team. He also gets a switchblade because they're very easy to conceal.
Garry loses his machete and gets a pair of grenades and a block of C4.
Samuel loses everything except his stiletto knife. He'll get a wakizashi for killing humans and Etrius' hatchet for zombies.
Max gets a knife.
Everyone gets hand-held radios that have on/off switches, variable volume control, and frequency selection.

After the visit to the armoury the team - codename 'Castle' - heads to the gate to meet the scouts.
