there are many guards [not officers, just the leather armored helmetless guards] stationed about
your escort removes his helmet upon entering the district, he has short black hair and a shaved face. His eyes are green and his skin is pail white. He looks at you,¨Officers don't have to wear helmets in the entertainment district.¨
he leads you to the casino
inside there is a counter for money-chip conversions, there are also several poker tables, a rullet wheele, and a couple tables for 21

(( For simplicity just remove the entire inventory of all my characters and then give them the following. ))

I'll need 9 full sets of armour including nv goggles if you have them, 18 sidearms with suppressors, 18 combat knives. 3 sniper rifles with IRV optics if nv goggles aren't possible or marksman optics if they are, 3 p90s with suppressors and 3 m416 assault rifles with suppressors and mid range scopes with plenty of ammo for it all.

you grab the axe and put it on loops on the back of your vest ((they are loops on the back of your vest that can fit handles and such))
you enter another room and find nothing of use
the next room over you find a large cabinet that wraps around the wall of the room
it has large glass windows and the handles are locked
there are medicine bottles inside of it

your assistant scout walks in with a now empty bag (the guy on the stretcher, his bag)
he begins looking for specific meds and filling the bag with them
