What's his name, what does he look like and what is he wearing?

His name is obviously Herbert Perrilloux.
He's pretty much the most Fabulously beautiful young man you've ever met, with flowing blonde hair and a glorious mustache. He ain't terribly muscular - yet.
He's currently in a one-piece swimsuit.
